The Rules Committee considered SENATE CONCURRENT                               
RESOLUTION NO. 18 Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b),                   
and 42(e) of the Alaska State Legislature concerning House Bill No.            
63, relating to motor fuel taxes.  Signing to calendar and do pass:            
Senator Leman, Chair.  Signing to calendar: Senators Taylor,

SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 18 was read the                               
second time and was before the Senate on final passage.                        
                                                                               
The question being: Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
